Jenny (John Tiner’s wife) has been in the real estate industry since 1997 but her love of investment real estate started when she bought her first duplex at the age of 19.
She worked as a Transaction Coordinator for a local Real Estate office with over 80 Realtors while obtaining her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Sacramento State. Jenny began her professional work life reviewing contracts for Hewlett Packard. Having twin boys changed her life when she got her real estate license in 2004 which allowed her more flexibility to be present with her growing twins. She continued to grow her real estate portfolio purchasing (and managing) multiple income properties and gained experienced flipping houses as well.
In 2009, Jenny started working at Tiner Properties. She has successfully helped over 400 Buyers, Sellers, and Investors with their real estate needs. Her Outstanding Life Masters Club designation places her in the top 2% of all Realtors. Jenny knows what it takes to market homes most appealingly with an ever-changing online market presence including great photographs, attractive property descriptions, and great marketing strategies. Holly soon advanced to Assistant Property Manager and the Executive Property Manager. Holly is an outstanding trainer and procedures expert. Her natural attention to detail helped her become the Head of our bookkeeping department - the position she likes best.
