Our property managers are committed to placing quality tenants in your rental property. If a tenant we place is evicted within their first 11 months, we will find and place a new tenant free of charge to you.

Our property managers handle all lease enforcement issues on your behalf. It’s all taken care of! Our tenant investigation process also helps ensure we place a quality tenant that pays on time. On average, we have less than 1% of tenants with a serious (30+ day) past due balance at any given time. 

Our property managers pre-screen for high-quality tenants and are proud to say this type of situation is incredibly rare. Should it happen, we handle all lease enforcement and issues.  

We will also always help with any repair issues along the way to collect bids and schedule work with liscenced, contracted, and vetted professionals.  

At Tiner, our clients come to us when they are ready to pass the details off to proven professionals who get results. Sometimes our clients are unable to sell a property and they know we can. Other times, parents are getting older and they need to move quickly. Maybe an owner is moving out of state suddenly because of a job relocation, etc.
