His company specializes in managing over 1200 upper-end single-family homes, duplexes, and condominiums throughout the Greater Sacramento area and places over 400 new tenants each year. He is knowledgeable in all areas of property management, including local rental market trends and values, leasing, maintenance, tenant screening, landlord/tenant disputes, rental & management contracts, and landlord-tenant laws and regulations. Mr. Tiner is primarily responsible for establishing the fair market rent value for new accounts.
